Right Tours Thailand provides travel services in Thailand, including:

• Pattaya and Bangkok travel packages
• Airport pickup and drop-off services
• Sightseeing tours and excursions
• Transportation and related travel arrangements

The services, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, and price applicable to your booking will be described on our website or in your booking confirmation.

You must provide complete and accurate information when making a booking, including passenger names, contact details, travel dates, flight information, pickup location, and any relevant requirements.

A booking is confirmed only after we issue a confirmation and receive any required payment or deposit.

You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation and promptly informing us of any errors.

Prices are stated in the currency shown at the time of booking. You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including any taxes, entrance fees, surcharges, or additional costs disclosed before confirmation.

We may cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received by the stated deadline.

Cancellation, change, and refund conditions may vary depending on the service, travel date, and third-party supplier. The applicable conditions will be presented during booking or included in your confirmation.

Refunds, when approved, may exclude non-refundable charges already paid to hotels, attractions, transportation providers, or other suppliers.

No refund may be available for missed services, late arrivals, unused portions of a package, or cancellations made after the applicable deadline.

You must provide accurate flight and pickup information and notify us promptly of delays or changes.

Pickup and travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays, public events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or connections caused by such circumstances.

Additional waiting-time or route-change charges may apply when disclosed and accepted.

Tour itineraries, schedules, attractions, and activities may change because of weather, safety concerns, closures, traffic, government restrictions, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, we may provide a suitable alternative of similar value. Participation in activities is subject to applicable safety requirements, age restrictions, health conditions, and instructions from guides or service providers.

You are responsible for:

• Arriving at the designated pickup or meeting point on time
• Carrying valid passports, visas, tickets, permits, and other required documents
• Following applicable laws and safety instructions
• Providing accurate information about mobility, health, or accessibility needs
• Supervising children and dependent travelers in your party
• Protecting your personal belongings during travel

We may refuse or discontinue service where a customer behaves unlawfully, dangerously, abusively, or in a manner that disrupts or threatens others.

We may arrange services through third-party hotels, drivers, guides, attractions, transport operators, and other suppliers.

These providers may apply their own rules and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of third-party providers.

Travel and sightseeing involve inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether a service or activity is suitable for you and your group.

We recommend obtaining appropriate travel, medical, cancellation, and personal-property insurance.

The Right Tours Thailand website, brand, logo, text, photographs, graphics, tour descriptions, and other original content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate service descriptions and travel information. However, schedules, prices, availability, photographs, and descriptions may change.

Our website and services are provided subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, specific travel conditions, or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or legal protection that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Tours Thailand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost enjoyment, income, business opportunities, or connections.

Our total liability relating to a booking will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered or affected users of material changes by email. Updated Terms will apply from the effective date shown in the revised version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
